Lifted Find – Free access to candidates

Lifted’s free service, funded as part of the West Midlands International Recruitment Programme, gives West Midlands care providers direct access to displaced international care workers, with built-in tools to make recruitment faster and easier.

The Lifted platform offers:

Fully screened candidates (identifying those with cars and UK driving licences).
Video profiles.
Automated interview scheduling.

With over 4,500 candidates in the West Midlands (31,500 nationwide) registered on the platform as of September 2025, providers can quickly connect with carers ready to work.

Lifted Comply Light  (£99 per person/month +VAT)

Lifted handles everything from compliance documents and Certification of Sponsorship to housing and worker support,  and pays all up front sponsorship fees for three years.

Lifted Comply – Full sponsorship & compliance support

For providers who need support with sponsorship and compliance, Lifted offers a comprehensive service:

£249/month + VAT for up to 10 sponsored staff.
Includes one Certificate of Sponsorship (COS) application attempt, (request can be for up to 20 CoS).
Practical support with sponsor compliance processes.
First 2 months fully funded for the first 200 care providers (12-month commitment)
