The UK Government has launched a new consultation on significant reforms to the immigration settlement system, including a proposed 15-year settlement route for migrant care workers.

The consultation is open to anyone who wishes to share their views, including care workers, providers, organisations, and wider stakeholders. Individuals and organisations can also submit their views directly to the Government via the consultation.

The consultation is open until 12 February 2026.

We will also be working with partners to gather feedback to help inform our response.
