The Department of Health & Social Care (DHSC) international recruitment funding has been made available for local authorities across the West Midlands to provide an Enhanced Support Offer to support local needs.

The Enhanced Support Offers include:

  • Support for international care workers who have lost their job due to their employer’s sponsor licence being revoked
  • Training and development
  • Pastoral support
  • Recruitment fairs and much more.

All 14 Local Authorities, in the West Midlands, are supporting the Regional IR Programme. Eight of these Local Authorities have received additional funding to provide an Enhanced Support Offer.

International care workers seeking employment will be provided more information about the relevant support available to them when they register at www.revoked.support or when they contact their Local Authority.
