Dudley Council is hosting an event to support international care workers living in the borough.
Organised by the Adult Social Care team, the event will bring together a range of organisations offering guidance on legal and immigration issues, CV writing, employment pathways, health, and family support.

Councillor Andrea Goddard, cabinet member for adult social care said:

“Care work for anyone in the sector is a rewarding but demanding job and we know that international care workers face additional obstacles as they navigate the legalities of working in the UK. We want to support them as they help us care for our loved ones.”
The event complements Dudley’s existing online resources and is part of the broader West Midlands International Recruitment Programme.
